Which cusp are you born in?

Cusp in Vedic astrology is nothing but a fictitious line that separates two zodiac signs or two houses of the horoscope. Since the solar disc measures a diameter of half degrees, the Sun is likely to mount on the cusp while going around in the sky. A person born during this movement of Sun is said to be taken birth on the cusp.

The natives born on the cusp will be influenced by two signs which are on either side. For instance, when the Sun is at 29 degrees 50 minutes Gemini then, the individuals born at this time are said to be on the cusp of Gemini and Cancer. It is because most part of the solar disc is in Cancer though its center is in Gemini.

Astrologers say that people born in the zodiac cusp signs are special as their horoscope will be a blend of two different horoscopes. However, the cusp is formed when two different signs are overlapping each other on the day the person was born. For example, the moon signs Aquarius (January 20 - February 18) and Pisces (February 19 - March 20) overlap from February 15th and extend up till the 21st, thus creating a cusp. So, people born in the cusp are in one way lucky as they get positive attributes from both signs. But, at the same time, the natives will also experience the negative effects of dual moon signs.

Below is mentioned about few zodiac cusps and the attributes of people born in that cusp:

Born on the cusp of Aquarius and Pisces (February 15 - February 21)

People who are born between February 15 and February 21 are said to be an Aquarius/Pisces cusp. People born under this cusp are very sensitive and always look for opportunities to set things right around them and in the hunt for perfection every time.

Cusp of Capricorn and Aquarius (January 16 - January 22)

An individual is said to be born with Capricorn/Aquarius cusp if he/she is born between January 16 and January 22. These natives are very moody hence it would be difficult for others to know how the natives of cusp would respond or react. Natives of this cusp are blessed with the ability to think out of the box and achieve their goals.

Cusp of Aries and Taurus (April 16 - April 22)

Those born between the dates mentioned above are considered to Aries and Taurus Cusp. Aries and Taurus Cusp is regarded to be the most powerful of all the cusps as the courageous characteristics of Aries and the power of Taurus bring out an invincible personality.
