Once you have made up your mind to buy a plot to build your dream home it is very important to invest in a right plot. The plot will either radiate positive or negative energy depending on its shape, location and soil quality. While buying a plot there are several vaastu guidelines that you should look for before buying one.

Vaastu is nothing but a science, there are reasoning and logic behind it. Surrounded by lush greenery, a plot located in a calm and peaceful is the one you should buy to build your luxurious home. While investing your value able money in a piece of land, make sure you stand on the land and feel the vibrations for a few seconds. If you feel some positive vibrations then consider buying it, if there are some negative vibes don’t buy.

Enquire the history of plot – definitely it should be a good history. Plots with pathways on all sides should be highly preferred because it ensures prosperity, health and happiness. Also, plots with roads facing towards north east direction are best suitable.

Further, blocks like bridges, electric pole, hill etc., in north and east side of the plot should be avoided, as it blocks ventilation and sunlight. In the same way, water bodies on the south west side of the plot should not be preferred as it implies misery.

As per Vaastu Shastra, the soil of a plot having lotus smell, which contains greenery is the best suitable for constructing your dream home. It is not at all auspicious to have the soil color of the plot dissimilar from the surrounding color of the soil.
