Importance of Kundli in Vedic astrology

Astrology is the study of planetary movements and their effects on each of the zodiac signs. In order to foretell the future, astrologers must now the exact position of the planets at the time of a person’s birth and their moon sign. Kundli comprises 12 houses each representing a zodiac sign. House number one that is Lagna house to house number seven denotes the right half of the body of an individual and the left half of the body of their partner. In the same way houses from seven to the Lagna house represent left half of the body of the native and right half of spouse.

The first house in the horoscope tells us about one’s character, riches, family bonding, lifestyle, wisdom, and knowledge. Also, one can learn about their strengths and weaknesses, materialistic possessions, and value for people in life.

The fourth house of a person’s Kundli talks about parents, caste, occupation, possession of animals alike cows and buffaloes. From the fifth house of a person’s Kundli, one can understand more about the native’s wife & children and about their misdeeds of past life.
