How Feng Shui can help in creating a successful marriage?

We have all heard of Feng Shui, however, not many are exactly aware of how powerful and helpful it can be to us if we are willing to follow and practice it in a certain manner. Feng Shui is an ancient form of science and art that was developed over 3000 years ago in China. Feng Shui is not easy to understand, however, it helps teach on how to balance the different energies be it at home or at work. Feng implies wind while shui means water and both these elements in Chinese culture are linked to good fortune, wellbeing and good health. Feng Shui can also help in making marriages successful. We all know how difficult it can get to try and make a marriage successful, as everyday there are stories of divorces and separation. Feng Shui helps in creating positive vibes, which further helps a couple to enjoy positivity and lead a successful married life.

Feng Shui Tips for a Happy Marriage

  1. One of the foremost things that a couple can do in their home is de-clutter. When things are cluttered, our minds also get cluttered and therefore it is important to de-clutter as much as possible. Declutter helps in better organizing of things and throwing away things of the past also helps in bringing closure to certain aspects of one’s life.
  2. It is important to get the right kind of bed and place it in a proper way as this is an important aspect of one’s married life. The bed should not be placed under the beams or the ceiling fan as these can create obstruction in the energy and thereby impact the couple in some negative way. Couples should also not sleep with their feet pointing towards the door and mirror should not be placed on either side. Under the bed, nothing should be ever stored.
  3. It is also important that the bedroom door should always be closed especially when the couple is sleeping as open doors implies interference of external influences. TV is a major distraction and should never be kept in the bedroom.
  4. Water bodies such as an aquarium or even a fountain is not a good idea to keep in a bedroom as it is not considered a good omen for love.
  5. One can even add decorative plants in the bedroom however, they should always be kept at the southwest corner. If it is not possible to keep real plants, one can even keep artificial plants made from silk.
