Few very important tips to be followed before constructing the house

Each one of us is stuck in our busy life schedules and we get stressed with our work. The only place where one can find peace is the home sweet home. However, most of the times we do not get that peace even in our homes and we get involved in silly arguments. This happens because of the negative energy that is present in our homes.

It is vital to combat the negative energy and let in positivity at our homes. This can be possible with Vaastu Shastra. Vaastu Shastra is an analytical science that gives certain remedies that one can implement at his/her home that brings in positivity and harmony at home.

Vaastu Shastra can be well implemented when the building is still under construction wherein one can make necessary changes.

Here are some tips that that should be followed when the house is under construction:

•If you have already bought a plot for your new home and aren’t able to start the construction for any reason, get the central portion of the land cleaned and get a slope created towards the North or East direction.

•One must perform Bhoomi pooja before the construction is initiated which is considered to be auspicious and benefits the owner as well.

•Water is a symbol of money and prosperity. According to vaastu, the place with water beneath it never runs out of money. Hence right after you decide the place, make sure to get a water tank established in the North or North East direction after the Bhoomi-poojan is done.

•One should ensure that the main entrance of the building should be facing the east direction or the north-east direction as the positive energy enters the house form these directions.

•Vaastu Shastra recommends constructing the kitchen in the south-eastern corner of the house. It is also auspicious to have the kitchen in the east direction. But care must be taken that kitchen is not constructed above or adjacent to the prayer hall or a lavatory.

•Bedrooms are most preferred to be constructed in square or rectangular shape and should be constructed in the south-western corner.

•Bathrooms should be constructed in the north-west or the south-east corner of the house.

•One should build the staircase in the west or south direction only.

•If there is a plan of digging a well, it should be in the north or north-eastern direction of the house.

If one follows these simple tips while constructing their dream house, peace and harmony will always prevail in their dwelling.
