Important and useful vaastu tips for pregnant women

One of the biggest moments in a woman’s life is when she gets to be a mother. Pregnancy is a life-changing decision for any woman and therefore it is important to follow certain vaastu tips to ensure the baby born is healthy and both the baby and mother are safe and healthy. Pregnancy is a time when the women should be made to feel extra special, loved and cared for wholeheartedly. There are quite a few vaastu rules that one can follow to ensure the baby is born without any complication.

· A couple should select the option of staying in the south east corner if they are planning to have a baby. A pregnant woman should reside in the north east direction till the baby comes into this world. If this option is not possible, then the woman should try and spend as much time as possible in the east side of the house. The couple should choose to reside in the north eastern corner to ensure the health of the baby and the mother.

· It is not good for a woman to stay in the south east direction of the house as that direction can sometimes increase the temperature of the body, which is not good for both baby and the mother. In the first three months of pregnancy it is best to stay in a room that faces the north east direction as it helps emit positive energy.

· The body temperature of a pregnant woman tends to be a little higher, hence, it is important to ensure the body doesn’t get too overheated. For instance too much exercise or even use of electrical devices or taking an extremely hot bath can also result in creating too much body heat and this can in turn harm the baby. Since electrical devices such as smart phones, laptop, micro-oven etc. tend to emanate radiations therefore it is important to avoid as much as possible.

· Light blue shade tends to bring about a cooling effect and therefore putting bulbs in the room that emanate blue color is a great option. Purple is also equally effective in creating a calm and soothing atmosphere and it also brings a balance in potassium and sodium level.

These are just few of the vaastu friendly factors that help pregnant women to remain healthy all throughout their pregnancy and deliver healthy babies.
