This Maha Homam is performed for a period of two days wherein on the first day Kalash sthapana is done. Later; rituals like swasti vachan, sankalpa, Ganesh puja, abhishek, nava graha puja and mantras of Lord Vishnu are chanted 108 times and Ahurthis are done. Maha homam is conducted for all the forms of Sri Narayana.
